1. Acceptance

Baby Sleep Coach (the "App") is provided by Emouna LLC, a Florida (United States) limited liability company ("Emouna," "we," "us"). By using the App or the website at babysleepcoach.app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Educational purpose — not medical advice

The App provides general educational information and coaching about infant sleep, including AI-generated responses. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and no coaching answer creates a provider–patient relationship. Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified professional about your child's health, feeding, and sleep — especially for any medical concern and before starting a method for a baby younger than it recommends.

3. Safe sleep

You are responsible for your child's safety. Follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) safe-sleep recommendations — including placing babies on their back on a firm, flat, separate sleep surface free of soft bedding. Nothing in the App overrides that guidance.

4. No guaranteed results

Every baby is different. We make no guarantee about sleep outcomes, timelines, or that any method will work for your child.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Baby Sleep Coach is free to download and includes optional Premium auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock features such as the guided nightly flow, the unlimited AI coach, full method programs, and the daily log.

• Plans & price. Premium is offered as Premium Monthly ($9.99/month) and Premium Yearly ($79.99/year). Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and over time; any change will be shown before you buy.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple under its terms; we cannot directly refund App Store transactions.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to disrupt or overload it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

The App, website, and their content are owned by Emouna LLC and protected by applicable laws. The information you enter is yours; we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own family.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emouna LLC and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
